Sneaker artist Kickasso will be in Dubai this weekend

Sneaker fans, it’s time to come out and play this weekend.

Famous sneaker artist Kickasso, original name Troy Cole, will be at the opening of the new Reebok store in Dubai Mall this weekend. For those who like to flaunt unique, one-of-a-kind sneakers, Kickasso will be customizing new Reeboks for free.

The LA based creative first began his career by painting shoes on canvas, deriving inspiration from his favorite artist Picasso. Social media fired up his career, and Cole was soon making shoes for famous Hollywood stars like Paul Rudd, American athletes and many more.

Cole also launched ‘Kickasso Kustoms’ with his wife, which customizes just about any kind of shoes, apparels, sporting gear, all of which are available on his website.

In an interview with Gulf News, Cole said, “I’m looking forward to visiting a foreign country, I’ve never been outside of the US and Dubai is one of the coolest cities in the world. I’ve been Googling to see everything.”
