Finding a job can be a stressful, gruelling task.

And, that’s without any extra complications. According to YouGov research, four out of five UAE residents (81%) believe they have faced discrimination while searching for a job.

The study looked into a number of different instances where people say they have faced discrimination. As well as on job hunts, other common areas where people say they have faced prejudice are getting a promotion (60%), being offered the right salary (60%), and in their day to day interactions at work (65%).
